Q: Can I cancel my order?

- A: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to place a new order and return the unwanted item. Do not send your return to the address on the package.
Q: What is the status of my refund?
- A: Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of your item. The timing may vary based on your merchant and bank. You will receive an email notification once we have received your returned items. If your return is approved, we will email you to confirm the refund amount. The refund will be issued using your original form of payment at checkout.
Q: Return shipping label?
- A: Depending on the country, we may provide return shipping labels. In some cases, return shipping will be at the customer's expense, and they will need to arrange the shipping. Please ensure to use a traceable carrier and retain proof of postage receipts to track your package.
