Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2-3 business days, depending on product availability. Please note that orders are only shipped during business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation automatically sent to your email address after checkout. It is important to ensure that your delivery address is accurate, as it cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is missing or lost, please report it to the carrier. Additionally, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Pre-Order Shipping
When you see a product marked as "pre-order" on our website, it means that the item is not currently in stock but will be available for purchase soon. Typically, pre-order items have an estimated shipping date mentioned, such as 1 1/2 weeks or two weeks. We expect to receive our inventory shipment and start fulfilling pre-orders within this timeframe.
